Stampen Belgian Style Winter Cycling Cap
A classic Belgian-style winter cycling cap designed for the Flahute to provide protection from the elements. Constructed from wind, water and Zwift resistant fabrics.
The iconic style of the Belgian cycling cap creates a refined silhouette that sits as comfortably under a helmet as on its own in a casual setting. A sturdy peak keeps the rain or low-lying winter sun out of the eyes.
A soft, breathable mesh inner provides superior moisture and temperature control no matter how hard the ride. A ribbed, knitted wool panel can be worn up or down, perfect for covering the ears and neck on chilly starts or sub-zero spins.
Pair with our thermal jerseys to keep smiling on the bike throughout winter.
Our Stampen collection is inspired by Belgian cycling passion and our two favourite aspects of the sport, the cobbled classics and cyclocross. Heard on both the road and mud-filled course, "Stampen!" (we're reliably informed by our Flemish collaborator) loosely translates as "Pedal like f—k!".

Comfortable and stylish! Fits perfectly under the helmet.
Lovely hat, it’s warm and well made.
Lovely hat. Not too heavy but nice and warm. Looks good too.
Being a bit of a lizard, and needing warmth to function, the Stampen Belgian style winter cap really appealed. It's now been tested 'in the wild', on a 55 miler in 4°C temperatures. It certainly kept my head and ears nice and warm, and I got some favourable comments from my fellow riders. My only criticism would be that it is a slightly large fit and the thickness (obviously) affects the fit of your helmet - I had to swap to another helmet I had that had a greater range of fit. Also, due to the seams and the fact it's a roomy fit meant it sits quite proud of my head, rather than fitting snugly, but this isn't an issue when I then put my helmet on. A smaller size option would fit my 56cm head better.
