We aim to respond to all emails within an hour or two, unless we're sleeping or riding bikes during appropriate hours UK time.
Christmas Last Order Dates & Extended Returns
Order by 12pm GMT on these dates to receive your orders before Christmas. Holiday returns period extended until Friday 12 January (exchange only).

UK delivery is free for orders over £100. All orders over £200 are shipped free, anywhere in the world. We aim to pack and post your item(s) within 1-3 days of ordering, though generally same or next day. Approximate delivery times, in working days from the date of sending, are:
UK: 1-2 days
EU: 2-3 days
ROW: 5-7 days
If you require something more urgently, please get in touch and we will try our best to help you out. Expedited delivery options are available at an additional cost.
All items are suitably packaged. Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in reinforced postal tubes. All Victory Chimp deliveries are fully tracked and traced.
Victory Chimp ships worldwide, please select your country from the drop-down list in the shopping cart. Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges can occur at the customer expense. Victory Chimp has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Royal Mail’s overseas services or DHL Express and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods. All services are fully tracked, please see your shipping confirmation email for details.

Returns & Exchanges
We want to bring you cycling art and apparel that you love, so if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we'll put it right.
For returns or if you'd prefer a different size, we politely ask that you notify us at email@example.com within 10 days of its arrival and tell us what the problem is.
Products must be returned in the state in which they were sent. Original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged (physical & strong odor damage, such as, but not limited to, cigarette smoke, and strong body odour) condition with any tags still attached. Please check that your item(s) is in good condition and fits you before use. Refunds will be processed upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods. We will refund your payment same day minus the costs of initial shipping and packaging. If an order which achieved free shipping is partially or wholly returned, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund.
We'll notify you once this process is complete, please wait 10 working days from sending before contacting us about your return.
Please do not place a new order to replace items outside the exchange process.
Returning Your Product
Please use your delivery note to tell us which items you are returning, why you are returning them and whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange.
If you are sending from outside the EU, please be sure to mark as returned goods on any customs forms. We cannot pay import duty/VAT on mislabelled parcels and they will be returned to sender.
You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. Victory Chimp is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product.

Ordering as a gift? Please let us know and we will be happy to include a personal message, gift wrapped (without receipt), free of charge. Enter the recipient's address at Paypal checkout and use the 'Note to Seller' section to include your message. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before or after ordering if you have any problems or specific requirements.
Discount Code Terms & Conditions
- Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase.
- Any discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Unless stated, discount codes are not valid on Bundles, Sale, Discounted items or Face Masks (to enable our Buy One:Donate One programme).
- Unless stated, discount codes are single use only. Orders using an alternative email address to avail of discount codes multiple times will be automatically cancelled.
- Discount codes received on an order may not be used against exchanges on the same order
- Discount codes have varying expiry dates as stated by Victory Chimp and can be discontinued or rescinded by Victory Chimp at any time.
- Fixed amount discounts may vary by currency.
- One discount code can used per order, and they cannot be combined.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately, retaining the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the claim. Do not return the damaged product to Victory Chimp, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action before arranging a replacement.
If you have not received your goods within 7 days of our “your order has been shipped” email, please notify us via email. All Victory Chimp deliveries are fully tracked and traced. Please check that you have not mislaid a calling card from your postman or that the package is not waiting at your local depot or post/customs office.
• We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
• We are not responsible for items do not collect it in time from your local depot or post office, the item will be returned to us and an additional fee for reposting will be charged.
Mobile Terms of Service
The Victory Chimp mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Victory Chimp (“Victory Chimp”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Victory Chimp’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Victory Chimp through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Victory Chimp. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to VictoryChim or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Victory Chimp mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
