Our goal is to create cycling and outdoor apparel to make you smile, and that experience should begin at the first point of contact through to getting our goods in hand and beyond. Our customers and Chimpeurs are our main focus and you’ll be responsible for taking care of them from pre-purchase guidance to order fulfilment and aftercare.

Customer Service & Fulfilment Assistant

Part-time, with huge potential for development into a full-time role, with many opportunities as our company grows.

The Victory Chimp Service Course is located at Sperrin View Business Park, Maghera. Just off the Glenshane Road and equidistant from Belfast and Derry. This is an in-person role incorporating hands-on order processing and fulfilment tasks.

As a Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Assistant at Victory Chimp, you will be responsible for ensuring that dealing with us is an easy, fun and pleasurable experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and their orders are efficiently processed and delivered. You’ll work across all contact points and delight our customers with your positive attitude, your sense of humor, and unwavering dedication to supplying them clothing to make them smile.This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual who is enthusiastic about the cycling and outdoor industry.

This is a varied, evolving role and will include the following responsibilities:

Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online chat
- Provide product information, sizing guidance, and order assistance
- Address and resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure satisfaction

Order Processing and Fulfillment:
- Accurately process and fulfill customer orders, including picking, packing and sending
- Processing courier labels and manifests ready for shipping
- Collaborate with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain inventory records and assist in managing stock levels

Quality Assurance:
- Inspect products for quality before shipping to customers
- Monitor product returns and exchanges, processing them in accordance with company policies
- Receiving, inspecting and processing incoming stock

Data Entry and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order status
- Generate reports and assist in tracking key performance metrics

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the director and sales and marketing teams to provide insights and feedback from customer interactions
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

- Committed and hard-working with a flexible approach
- A friendly and enthusiastic team player keen to be a part of a growing business
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer proficiency including customer service software, order processing systems, email clients and office applications

- Previous experience in customer service or order fulfillment preferred.
- Passion for cycling/outdoor sports and knowledge of cycling/outdoor apparel and accessories is a plus.
