The culmination of two years research and development, the main fabric is an incredibly soft, four-way stretch woven lycra in an ergonomic six-panel construction, moving with the body to ensure optimum fit and support.

An award-winning CyTech Elastic Interface Endurance 2.5 HD chamois provides supreme comfort in the saddle on the very longest rides, utilising dual high-density foams and an anatomic fit to reduce bulk and pressure, ensuring maximum protection and blood flow. Lasercut Italian soft silicone grippers keep the legs in place with just the right level of compression at the thigh, finishing just above the knee. Minimal flatlock seams are positioned carefully throughout to hold the shorts in place in the highest comfort.

The bib section uses high-stretch material to accommodate longer torsos and a lightweight mesh to keep the upper section cool. Low profile, laser cut straps eliminate chafing and barely show beneath even the closest fitting jerseys.

The shorts are made from 100% pre-dyed fabrics, meaning they will remain a deep black when stretched and after washing. Finished with minimal branding to go with any jersey, reflective logo to each leg and woven tag to the rear.

Excellent shorts, large for me at 74kg and 178cms tall fitted just right. Didn't try the 'Banana positioning technology' as I had no bananas, but held a punctured tube just nicely!

After many recommendations from friends I bought a pair of cargo bib shorts for a week of gravelling ion Italy on the Tuscany Trail. The fit and quality is excellent and I was very comfortable for the whole week despite tricky weather and tough trails.

So good I bought them twice

This is my second pair of the cargo bibs, having originally bought them in grey. There is nothing else at this price point (or considerably higher) that comes close to them for value and quality.
I will note that I bought my first pair in L and whilst they fitted fine, I always felt I would've preferred more compression. With that in mind, I bought the second pair in M and they are much better. Male, 76kg, 180cm.

My new go-to bibs

Stumbled upon VC by accident while looking for some coloured bibs and took a chance. Really glad that I did. I love these bibs. The fabric is, for my tastes, superb and the fit is great. I was a little concerned that the pad might prove too soft for long endurance rides, but I put that worry to rest this past wknd with a 4 hr endurance ride - perfectly comfortable. Price-wise, these things punch way above their weight. A fantastic value. I'll be buying more next season.
