Excellent well designed jacket, l've been cycling for over forty years and this is the best jacket by far I have ever worn. Went out for a two hour spin in a 4 degree 20 miles an hour wind. Stayed cosy and warm no over heating or sweating. Would recommend this jacket to anyone thinking of getting one, also get yourself a pair of the winter gloves they go well with the jacket .

Couple rides in and have to say this jacket is brilliant. Used in a 8 degree windy ride (feels like 2 degrees), with only a summer vest, and the jacket kept me perfectly warm without over heating. The pockets are easily accessible with gloves and good sizes (clearly good thought has gone into design here). The thermal lining wicks sweat well and the sleeve lining to accommodate gloves keeps hands properly covered. Extremely happy with this purchase!

I got my Men's Signature 2-in-1 Winter Jacket with the winter bundle offer. When I opened my bag of goodies I was delighted with what was inside. The teal jacket looked great unfortunately in my eagerness to get my bundle I ordered the wrong size. I also did this with the Out There Thermal Cargo Bib Tights.

So read their guidelines properly folks and ya won't go wrong and end up having to send gear back. I am now waiting on the return of my correct size Teal Jacket and Out There Thermal Bib. I will post another review when I receive my new gear.

My favourite winter jacket by a mile! I'm 5ft 11.5" and 83kg, and the size large fits perfectly. Close fitting, keeps out the wind, and the inner fleece zipped chest section is like a built in gilet. The black cuffs fit perfectly under gloves and keep the drafts out. The zipped rear pockets keep the wet and dirt out, and once you get used to them are easy to use. The collar fits snuggly around my neck without letting drafts in or feeling cumbersome. The Moon Dust colour is cool compared to many winter jackets 😎 If you did this jacket in a high vis yellow or orange then I'd buy another one! 😃 10/10 for me!!

Really nice looking jacket. Taken out in fairly cold weather and its been toasty. I think it will cope down to 4 or 5 degrees with a base layer but time will tell. I'm 5ft 10.5 67 kg and size medium is good on me but I do like a close fit. I could have gone with a large as well I think. The only constructive criticism I would add is the pocket layout. Dont get me wrong the zips seem good quality and fairly easy to open, but whatever surface your on i think you want at least one open vertical pocket you can just dive into.

This is an excellent bit of biking kit, essential in the cold managing to do everything - warmth wind and damp protection.

This jacket feels great on cold mornings. It has a separately-zippable fleece inside it, which ensures your core stays nice and warm. It's not a layering option – the fleece is sewn in and can't be removed – so it's more for winter cold than changeable spring/autumn days. The outer layer is a really nice windstopper material and the colours are really nice; mine's Moon Dust which is a silvery grey. The sleeves are really nicely fitting with close fitting inner cuffs which keep the chill out. Sizing is more regular than some of the more race-fit VC garments, so don't size up too far.

Love this Jacket, I've been it wearing all winter from November to March in Ireland. Warm and breathable, never get sweaty in it. Kept me dry in light to medium showers too. It hasn't been tested in a real downpour yet. From 4oC up to 13oC it is my go to outer layer. Excellent build quality, the side pockets with large ring pulls work great. Inner fleece over the chest is great too. Tempted to get another.

I spent a long time looking for a winter cycling jacket & I’m so pleased with this one. It looks great, fits great, it’s kept me warm & dry without overheating when I’m working hard. The pockets are roomy & easy to open, close & access. I particularly love that I can open the main zip & still have the warmth of the inner zip. It’s the perfect winter cycling jacket for me, I’ll be sad when it gets warmer!

Absolutely love this jacket! Super warm and comfortable for cold rides, pockets are great and easy to access and fits really nicely. I'm 5'11, about 76kg, ordered medium initially but was a bit too tight. Exchanged for a large which is perfect! Customer service was great and exchange process was super simple. Very impressed overall and will definitely be a repeat customer!

Firstly , I find the fit of this jacket perfect for my 5’10” 70kg frame, nice and snug in a size M. worn over a base layer. I particularly like the cut of the sleeves which are super comfortable over the shoulders and arms. The grippers round the waist and cuffs work well. I’m not overly fond of the side zipped rear pockets but will probably get used to them and the horizontal ventilation zip seems pretty pointless. Overall the jacket has performed excellently for my January road rides in -2C to 6C conditions, unfortunately I can’t comment on the waterproofing, which is why a bought this jacket in the first place, as you are probably aware it seldom rains in Scotland !

I was sceptical buyiny this jacket but it exceeded my expectations!
It’s well designed to keep warm with the extra internal gillet.
Pockets are big and easy to access even in gloves.
Very very happy with the jacket.

Really pleased with my first ever product from Victory chimp, excellent quality and great designed jacket.
Ordered Large, was bit tight so exchanged for XL,
so order up size for a more relaxed fit.
I do love a wee sicker also.

Great value winter jacket! Fabrics feel lovely quality and the extra layer on the front was very welcome on a gravel ride in freezing temps. Kept me warm with just a long sleeved merino base layer underneath and a neck buff. Handy to have 2 access points for each pocket, but it would be good to have an open pocket for gel/banana/other snacks, as another reviewer mentioned. My favourite feature is probably the longer cuffs made of thinner fabric - perfect to tuck in my gloves to keep the chill out!
Just a note on sizing - I measured on the cusp of M and L. Followed the advice that most people would need to size up, and ordered the L. It seemed very generous when it arrived so I sought some advice from customer services and got a very quick response suggesting the M would be suitable. Exchange was simple and reassuring that I could track it all the way. M is a much better fit - I can easily fit a LS base layer underneath and still breathe! Great jacket and great service for a fantastic price, thanks VC.

Great jersey! Fit is spot on, I'm 5ft 7, 72kg, 39 chest., medium is perfect. Went out in near freezing with long sleeve base layer and my endura race cape over the the top. Wind was bitter! Toasty warm, probably be ok down to maybe 5 degrees c, and fit was excellent, tailored to a cycling position on a road or gravel bike. Would highly recommend 👌

I’ve managed to wear this jacket for two weeks worth of 4:45am and 6pm commuting when the temp has generally hovering around the very low single digits occasionally with added wet. The jacket performed as had hoped with the added flexibility provided by being able to partially unzip one or the other of the zips. I went with the grey as that was the nearest to a bright colour as all my riding is in the dark.
The only issues I could find (and these are only based on preference not failings in the jacket) are I’m not a fan of the pocket design. They work fine for my commute as I put my stuff in at the start and take it out at the end but if I had to fish a gel or something out I would find them annoying. The other issue is I need a pull on the inner zip to make it easier to use on the move with winter gloves on.
(Easily solved with cord)
Even with these two things I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one if a more colourful colour became available.

Only ordered recently and worn on a handful of rides but is a great bit of kit. Keeps warmth in even on colder days and is showerproof enough to see off light rain and splash easily. (Yet to wear in heavier rain). Would highly recommend

Love this too. Wore it on almost every ride since it arrived. Plenty of warmth for cooler days & enough water resistance to hold off showers and road/gravel spray. Well thought through & well made with an eye for details & quality.

Superb jacket.. Warm and perfect for autumn rides and even better for winter ones with a jersey underneath. Both layers can be un zipped should you get to hot . Easy to wipe down after a ride and also keeps the worst of the rain out. Love it.

Only used twice so far but it looks well made and very warm. I bought 2XL for my 6.2 and 97kg frame. It is slightly too big but will be super snug with winter layers underneath. Love the side back pocket entry zipper. Very happy overall.

Had to wait a few days to get wearing this jacket as typical I received it when the sun was out last weekend but the wait was worth it , unbelievable material and brilliant storage off three pockets all with zips, no need for a jersey underneath either as with the two layer zipper this was more than enough., so happy that I purchased this product will be shopping again at victory chimp that’s for sure.

Very pleased with this jacket. Very warm and very comfortable. I sit on or between L/XL and I've sized up for the best fit.
