LOCATION
The Victory Chimp Service Course is located at Sperrin View Business Park, Maghera. Just off the Glenshane Road and equidistant from Belfast and Derry. This is an in-person role incorporating hands-on order processing and fulfilment tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for picking and packing our online retail orders, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service with with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You’ll process returns and exchanges as well as responding to customer enquiries via our email and online messaging channels, providing product information, sizing guidance, and other order assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to meet physical demands: The role involves physical demands on a daily basis for long periods, including standing and/or walking for the entire shift; lifting and moving products and boxes; lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching; and manual dexterity of both hands and wrists.
- Ability to complete duties accurately, quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent reading, numeracy and accuracy skills
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
DESIRABLES
Previous customer service experience and a knowledge of the cycling/outdoor clothing industry preferred, but as long as you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
