Finally, a worthy replacement for my Rapha shorts!

I've been searching for years for a suitable replacement for my trusty Rapha cycling shorts, and I think I've finally found them!

The Out There Gravel Shorts are exactly what I've been looking for. Comfortable, practical and with a great fit, they're ideal for gravel riding without looking overly technical. The Petrol Blue colour is fantastic too.

It's taken a long time to find something that ticks all the boxes, but these really do. Highly recommended!

These shorts are very comfortable and the material stretches in all the right places. I’m using them as my holiday shorts rather than just for cycling. They are of the usual great quality you expect from VC. I slightly overestimated the size. Their adjustability side buttons catered for my fluctuating waistline better than I thought. Very easily managed replacement order. Would definitely recommend.

Great looking short that is extremely comfortable on the ride. Adjustable waiste with additional belt use, very practical. Love the colour.

Great quality shorts that can double up for casual wear as well as gravel, mtb or road riding.

My 2nd pair of these great shorts. Great for when you don't want to wear bib shorts. My go to everyday shorts.

Absolutely love these shorts. Incredibly light and comfortable and still very robust. They look great for cycling and to wear anywhere casually. I’m not the tallest so was worried they’d be too long but they’re perfect!

Well thought out design and good construction. Material is well stretchy but doesn't bag out, good for shoulder season use, might be a bit warm for summer use.

A brilliant piece of kit. Luckily enough I bought for a young nephew in the sale so I could check them out, the were never going to fit me! I've since bought the new M's and they are perfect in every way. Might even get another pair...hurry up pay day!

Great pair of shorts have the 4 pairs and they fit like a dream, perfect for any activity, not out of place in a sunny beer garden and stretchy enough to be perfect for the bike

Not tested out there yet but the first feeling and fit are awesome. I tried it with my padded undershorts and already know it's gonna rock. It looks like there's a solution to further limiting my luggage on light-weight trips to only one pair of shorts.

First ride out in these. So comfortable and stretchy. Had my padded shorts underneath.
I’m so impressed I’m gonna second pair. Another darker colour like navy or darker green or brown would be snapped up.

Lovely material fit guide matched up. Look well and can be casual or blend in with something more formal.

Good quality, quick drying and feel strong enough to withstand gravel mountain bike riding! 4 stars only because the large are a bit too large round the waist and the waist band could be a bit higher at the back

Love these but the sizing came out a little too large - even with the adjustment fully utilised.
Waiting a credit note to buy the smaller size when available.

I've worn the shorts a few times now and find them extremely comfortable. They seem well constructed and have just the right amount of stretch. My only comment to improve them would be to make them slightly higher waisted at the back. Overall, very pleased with them.

Rhe shorts are amazing. Love the materials and is nicely done. Howeverm I am a size M in almost everything and this are huge, mayve a size between S and M will be perfect for me. I am 1,76m tall and 72 kg.

These are perfect shorts. I'm not into all that lycra but didn't want baggy shorts either. I can wear these off the bike too without looking like I've lost my peleton.

Shorts that move with you on the bike, right amount of stretch and casual enough to transition to the pub afterwards. Would have been 5 stars but I appear to be between sizes so the waist is a bit loose!

Nice looking, soft, well shaped. I only miss belt loop.
