Out There Unisex Packable Rain Jacket ('84 Stripes)

I haven't actually used it yet, but it looks good and if it's like other VC stuff I'm sure it will be fit for purpose. Btw, if anyone from VC is reading this, was it meant to come with a little bag to keep it in? Mine didn't, maybe you have to buy it separately?

I bought this jacket for a cycle trip from Brittany to Bilbao - it's perfect for cycle touring through showers and drizzle and packs down nicely to sit on my panier rack for easy access. It's really well made and has loads of useful features - especially the various draw cords to seal any potential leaky areas. Love the colour too!

This is a great jacket - a really well-designed fit - snug enough not to flap around or catch the wind but without any restriction of movement. Fits really well around the helmet too. It kept me completely dry cycling through serious downpours in the Mayo mountains and breathable enough to stay comfortable. It's very light but well made and packs really well into it's own pocket so is easy to keep to hand - and the cool design attracted many admiring comments from my cycling buddies. Highly recommended.

Great looking jacket! Runs a bit small but matches the size guide. Pockets where you need them. Packable. It's a bit tight across my shoulders when I reach for the hoods (but I could also lose a few kg ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯). This jacket will definitely keep me riding over the winter months.

Perfect for my handlebar bag, especially at this time of year when we can have sunshine, rain and even snow within a couple of hours! Not ideal when working hard as it does seem to retain moisture, but the fact that it can be packed away so easily makes it an essential item when I’m out.

This jacket is quality. It's well made, very functional and looks great. The waterproofing is awesome and it's kept dry and warm in the cold wet mornings. It put alot of it's more expensive rivals to shame. Very happy!

Arrived within a few days and tested it out weekend and lot of rain and worked a treat great company and Service nice to support an Irish business

I suppose firstly, the look of the jacket is great, the colours are exactly as advertised and make you very visible on the road or trail. Secondly is the fit, is spot on, the jacket is snug. but not tight. The body is long enough to give adequate coverage, but doesn't bunch up when in the riding position. The arm length is perfect, again doesn't shorten when on the bike.
It's light, really packs away and I haven't had any issue with water ingres.
To put the cherry on the cake i bought mine with the black Friday discount.

What a fantastic jacket having wore it in the worst rain that we have had this winter thus far I was both dry and comfortable wearing XL and have 3 layers underneath as well and didn’t feel one bit uncomfortable plus good covered the helmet as I rode into work and home that evening

Super-light weight waterproof jacket.
I love eat colour. It stands out from the bland.
Folds up nice & small, so you can tuck it into your jersey.
The 2-way zipper helps with the ventilation. In my opinion it could use a few more vent holes or even a mesh in the armpits.
Otherwise: a very nice buy.

Loved the design, feels light but good quality. I'm generally a small but this was very tight around the shoulders especially in riding position, swapped out for a medium which I'm waiting for now. Looking forward to receiving it soon and getting back out in the rain.

This is the 3rd item that I've bought from VC. The jacket looks great and as ever, is really good qood quality. The weight of the product is perfect for mild weather, and the hood is large. Won't be my last purchase from VC.
