Sustainability & Ethical Production

Designed to Perform. Produced Fairly. Made to Last.

At Victory Chimp, we believe performance and responsibility aren't mutually exclusive. From the fabrics we choose to the products we design, we're committed to making cycling clothing and outdoor gear that's as good for the planet as it is for your adventure. Our Out There collection prioritises sustainability, utilising natural or recycled fabrics, saving resources and decreasing emissions to let you both look good and feel good about what you're wearing, protecting the environments we seek out to enjoy.

Our Materials

100% Recycled Eco Fabric

More and more of our products are made with 100% recycled eco fabrics. That means every thread in these garments has been given a second life, diverting material from landfill and reducing the demand for virgin resource extraction. By choosing recycled polyester from PET bottles, we reduce our dependence on petroleum as a source of raw material, reduce production emissions and save waste from landfill. We're excited to be able to take another positive step towards a being more sustainable, circular business.

Recycled performance fabrics deliver the same technical properties you'd expect from Victory Chimp — moisture management, stretch, and durability — without the environmental cost of conventional production.

Why It Matters

  • Reduced carbon footprint — recycled fibres require significantly less energy to produce than virgin synthetics.
  • Less waste — post-consumer and post-industrial materials are repurposed into high-performance cycling apparel.
  • No compromise on performance — our eco fabrics meet the same technical standards as conventional alternatives.

Our Commitment

Sustainability at Victory Chimp isn't a marketing badge — it's a design constraint. We're working to expand the use of recycled and responsibly sourced materials across our range, and we'll be transparent about where we are in that journey.

As we grow, we'll update this page with verified information about the materials in each product. If you have questions about a specific garment, get in touch.

Ethical Production

We audit all new and existing factories using third party agents to ensure they meet and are certified under the SA8000 Social Accountability standard. This international standard is based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Labour Organization conventions ensuring ethical production under a holistic framework covering child/forced labour, health and safety standards, freedom of association and disciplinary practices as well as fair wages, working hours and freedom from discrimination.

Material claims on this page are verified against product specifications. We only publish what we can stand behind.
