We've been working with our friends at Belfast Coffee Roasters to produce the coffee we brew at the VC Service Course. Rod and Allen established their roastery to produce coffee to their own exacting standards, using ethically-sourced 100% Arabica speciality beans, hand-roasted in small batches to maximise freshness and flavour.
We'll have a revolving selection on the bar, with a limited number of bags available for purchase online. Our first blend is this delicious, medium espresso roast.
This full bodied coffee is full of fruity sweetness with syrupy redcurrant and sloe berry notes. A crisp taste of buttered toast, with the flavour of brioche, almonds and honey coming through providing a syrupy finish.
