We've been working with our friends at Belfast Coffee Roasters to produce the coffee we brew at the VC Service Course. Rod and Allen established their roastery to produce coffee to their own exacting standards, using ethically-sourced 100% Arabica speciality beans, hand-roasted in small batches to maximise freshness and flavour.
We'll have a revolving selection on the bar, with a limited number of bags available for purchase online. The first is this delicious, medium roasted single origin Honduran coffee.
A clean and smooth coffee, with bright acidity, mellow body and a caramel finish. A very sweet espresso, with notes of golden syrup and lemon, with a buttery mouthfeel.
