    A super-light windproof and water-repellent Autumn/Spring (or Irish Summer) essential with integrated Banana Positioning Technology™.

    The Victory Chimp signature gilet packs light and small into its own stuff sack, ready in your jersey pocket to keep the core dry in showers and warm on descents. The windproof front panel provides a barrier against chills while rear and side mesh panels prevent moisture build up and regulate temperature. Elastic arm holes and hem ensure a close fit, keeping the wind out with no excess fabric to flap around.

    The rear middle pocket operates as an integrated stuff sack, flanked by two full rear pockets for ride essentials. Finished with 3M reflective tape detailing and woven Victory Chimp flag tag.

    Not the fit I was expecting, but a quality gilet

    I have a large jersey (from 2021, so maybe the sizing has changed?), which I'd describe as "race fit" but stretchy / forgiving (I'm 182 cm tall and weigh ~63 kg depending on the season). I figured the gilet would be "race fit" as well, so I ordered size L, but it's quite a bit looser than I expected--I wonder if a M would have given me more the fit I expected. The gilet is excellent, so I've kept it and worn it on several rides, and it doesn't flap noticeably in the wind, so it must not be too terribly large, but a banana fell out of the right pocket the other day, despite the integrated banana positioning system!

    Really impressed with this jersey. The sleeves come to elbows, which I like and the material is luxurious. 3 deep back pockets and a zip pocket too. I ordered Burgundy and will be ordering some navy bib shorts soon to go with it.

    Great fit!

    I followed the advice and went one size up from my usual and the gilet fits really well. Stylish too and packs down really compact, easily fitting in a jersey pocket.
